About me

Welcome to my virtual nutrition clinic! I'm Diana, a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition (UK). I don’t believe in strict food rules or restrictive diets. Instead, I offer personalised dietary recommendations that take into account your food preferences, time constraints, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll work to build small, consistent daily habits that support your long-term health goals - sustainably and with compassion.
